Our experience documenting and evaluating historic properties includes preparation of environmental impact and Section 106 compliance studies, historic structure reports, National Register nominations, federal historic tax credit certification, design guidelines, and preservation plans. We are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of professional service and enjoy many types of challenging projects.

Recent projects include documentation of the Stillwater Cultural Landscape District in collaboration with panoramic photographer Chris Faust, and development of the St. Paul Scenic Byway Interpretive Plan.
